Airsoft submachine gun
In fact, the term submachine gun refers to a firearm of more compact dimensions, which can fire pistol-caliber cartridges even in full-auto mode. The term assault rifle actually refers to a long weapon that fires rifle-caliber cartridges in full-auto mode. In the airsoft dictionary, however, these two terms are mostly confused and the term airsoft submachine gun is more prevalent.
Also airsoft submachine guns are divided according to the principle of operation into electric (AEG), manual (ASG) and gas (CO2). The most popular ones are definitely electric, because they can also shoot in full-auto mode by default. The versions powered by the CO2 cartridge only fire in self-loading mode by default (semi-auto). Perhaps the most popular airsoft replicas of submachine guns and assault rifles are replicas of Soviet AK-47 or American M-4 (AR-15) style weapons. When choosing an airsoft submachine gun, don't forget about spare magazines, pellets, laser sights and various optical aiming devices that will make shooting more fun. Popular manufacturers of airsoft submachine guns are Lancer Tactical (USA), ASG (Denmark), CYMA (China), ARES (China) and Umarex (Germany).
